Natyira and Kayanna are one of the first groups to create a working hovercraft. "It's moving!" Natyira cries as she tests out the second model she worked on with Kayanna. Zorya and Alyssa use a CD instead of a plate, creating the surprising effect of a ghostly hand! Angeline is ecstatic about her success in creating a working hovercraft with Ashley.

I thought I'd mix it up a little this time, with white chocolate instead of the usual semi-sweet and an addition of juicy, organic dried cranberries. The girls like white chocolate, so they enjoyed this.

Because our third meeting of STEM Girls would be spent mostly sedentary, I decided that I simply had to make my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. It's a Food Network recipe, but I can't speak more highly of them. They're the perfect balance of sweet and salty, and give a perfectly homey atmosphere to any situation.
